FUNCTION HALL

The East Bridgewater Commercial Club provides a relaxing atmosphere in its renovated function hall and is a perfect setting for all occasions including; birthdays, banquets, receptions and showers and can comfortably accommodate groups of 200 guests.

 

NOTE: The Commercial Club is a non-smoking, non vaping facility!

 

HALL RENTAL FEES FOR A FOUR HOUR EVENT

Sunday-$600

Monday through Thursday - $500.00

Friday and Saturday - $900.00

Outside Gazebo also available

 

You must be 21 or older to rent the function hall and must provide a proper form of identification.

A 50% deposit is required at the time the reservation is made.

Extra hour(s) are $100.00 and must be agreed upon with management and bartenders.

All Club furnishings (pictures, drapes, furniture, etc.) shall be left as they are.

Any damage is the responsibility of the renter and will result in a charge based on repair/replacement costs.

 

FOOD

Renters may bring their own food, hire a caterer or request on site cooking privileges which will require a kitchen/oven usage fee of $50.00

No alcohol of any kind, water bottles or soda may be brought into the function hall or consumed in the parking lot or on Club property.

Violators will be asked to leave!

(juice boxes are allowed)

 

DECORATIONS

All decorations must be removed after the function has ended. Tables are to be left as they were upon entering the hall.

If linen is requested it will be provided at $5.00 per table; cloth napkins may be provided at a cost of $1.00 each.

Candles cannot be used in the hall unless they are floating in a closed container with water.

 Confetti, glitter, glue guns and scotch tape on walls are all prohibited.

 

BAR

A bartender is included in the cost of the hall, but if the bar intake is less than $400.00 there will be an automatic $100.00 surcharge.

The bartender is also appointed crowd controller and has full authority over the function and conduct of those attending.

Detrimental conduct will not be tolerated and at the discretion of the manager/bartender,

violators will be asked to leave and/or cessation of the function may be enforced.

 

SECURITY

A detail police officer may be required for parties of 100 or more people. The rental party will be required to pay for this detail.

Management will inform the rental party whenever this is necessary.
